David Proux was born in La Celle Saint Cloud, Yvelines, on July 23, 1968.

An artist at heart, he holds a number of different professions: model, actor, photographer and illustrator. 

The father of three children, he came to realize that only through education could things improve in our societies, and decided in his own way to help those who do not have the opportunity to express themselves. He has been drawing for children for over twenty-five years, trying to offer a different perspective on current affairs.

May 11, 2011 - Tsunami in Japan and Fukushima disaster (his designs change their focus)

Since 2013, he has set up his own video game production company, CoolBrothers, producing games for smartphones.

In 2014, he exhibited his photos, in duo, with his eldest daughter, Alice: his work on Iceland and Greenland at the Métamorphose gallery in Paris XV.  In 2016, in collaboration with an association to help deprived children, he produced a coloring book, published in Russia, entitled: “My inner world”. 

Today, he is an actor and keeps on actively working on new drawings, following the world's current events.
